Ready to play a pivotal role in one of Mater’s most exciting transformation projects? We are seeking an experienced, organised, proactive and relationship driven Technical Business Analyst to support a major healthcare systems transition and integration program. This is a full-time maximum-term contract of 12 months at our Newstead (QLD) location. Reporting to the Stream Lead, Systems and Data within the IT & Data workstream, you will work across the transition program to analyse, define, and support the delivery of changes to secure integrated digital health systems, corporate applications, infrastructure and end-user services. You will play a critical role in ensuring technical, clinical, and operational requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective transition outcomes, with a strong focus on continuity of patient care and hospital operations. This role suits a delivery focused Technical Analyst who is comfortable working in complex, multi-organisational environments. Your focus will include analysing technical requirements and specifications, developing system transition roadmaps, identifying integration requirements within a health context, sequencing transition pathways, modelling data architectures, and supporting implementation activities and documentation. Cultivating relationships, facilitating workshops, and aligning with Mater's standards and objectives are key aspects of the role. If you have IT, Health, or Architecture background with relevant certifications, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team.
