Role: Business Analyst Location: Montvale & Iselin, NJ Business Analyst (BA) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in the Financial Services and Professional Services industry. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge, proven client-facing experience, and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders. Big 4 or Audit experience is a strong advantage.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in Financial Services and/or Professional Services
- Strong understanding of banking, capital markets, insurance, or professional services operations
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience working in complex, regulated environments

Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Support audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory initiatives
- Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Participate in UAT, validation, and change management activities
- Provide ongoing stakeholder communication and status updates
