About The Position

For one of our long-term multiyear projects we are looking for a Business Analyst with Payment Processing Background out of Plano, TX. Job duties & Responsibilities : Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum calls. Creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Need to gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the global business stakeholders. Elicit business requirements from business users and subject matter experts Define and document requirements; Analyze and prioritize requirements Need to build requirements around designing REST API and well versed with REST API standards Need to create data flow diagrams, business flow A team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets. Understand business problems, data sources, capture requirements to produce the Functional requirement documents, mapping documents provide metrics and data points to drive business cases and decisions Partner and lead multi-functional teams to realize data relationships through accurate threading. Work independently to ask questions, learn the business, understand the why and how in order to provide data to answer questions. Creative problem solving, and critical thinking to optimally provide the right solutions to the problems. Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand the different requirements and needs in order to develop data requirements for digital notifications and journeys. Partner with Data Custodian/Stewards and other data management roles to ensure proper data operations improve quality, accessibility, and value of consumed data Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering technique. . Knowledge in payments industry is a plus

Requirements

Experience with Agile methodology
