The role performs technical depth and breadth tasks, validating and documenting business requirements for assigned projects to maximize operational efficiency and ensure project control procedures and policies are executed. The Business Analyst determines project methods and approaches, providing business support relative to developing, analyzing, and identifying process changes or system enhancements. The role uses judgment and autonomy on daily tasks, providing operational support for projects after implementation, including problem resolution and recommendations to ensure ongoing success. The role proactively addresses problems within the scope of responsibility and identifies areas for possible improvements.
