About The Position

In this role you will drive back-end activities internally that supports the broader Commercial community to use big data for decision making and strategic purposes; contributing to business competitiveness and customer satisfaction Operational Analytics: 70 % Prepare business and pipeline reports for team and management meetings Develop and maintain databases, including data model design, data collection and data cleaning Apply basic coding to merge, compare, analyze data sets Identify and interpret patterns and trends in data sets, providing analytical support and insights to the commercial team Communications: 25 % Maintain dialogue and work closely with other functions including Commercial & Support, Product Management and Operations teams to understand the business as well as developments and trends in the market Providing data and administrative support to adhoc projects Additional Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned: 5% Other administrative tasks or duties reasonably required from time to time by the Company

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • 0-2 years data analytics experience
  • Up to 5% Domestic Travel involved (to join sales team quarterly meetings, only if required)
  • Able to work in US without current or future need for visa sponsorship
  • Analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office or other relevant tools used for data analytics and visualisation

Nice To Haves

  • Basic coding proficiency in Python, R etc
  • Strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally
  • Understanding enterprise planning systems like SAP; advanced knowledge of MS Excel
