Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on business operations, process improvement, organizational change initiatives supported by technology solutions as required.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics, connect cross-functional impacts, and drive clarity.
  • Experience preparing business process documentation, workflow maps, and change impact assessments.
  • Comfort managing multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency in typical business tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio or similar process tools).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, communications, information technology or related field
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of technology solution definition, build, validation and deployment processes; serving as the business advocate.
  • Exposure to organizational change management or operational readiness.
  • Business analysis certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP).

Responsibilities

  • Lead interviews, workshops, and observations to understand current business practices.
  • Document business requirements, business rules, workflows, and operational impacts.
  • Assess current-state pain points and define future-state processes and capabilities.
  • Partner with business leaders to clarify objectives, resolve issues, and build consensus.
  • Translate business needs into actionable recommendations and decision inputs.
  • Support business case development and impact/benefit assessments.
  • Identify process, role, and policy changes needed for successful implementation.
  • Support communications, training planning, and stakeholder readiness activities.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth transition to steady-state.
  • Contribute to project planning and coordination of business-side activities.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure business requirements are well understood and carry forward to the technology solution.
  • Drive business process design validation and technology solution alignment to functional requirements.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews to confirm business objectives were achieved.
