Responsibilities
- Functional Analysis & Requirement Gathering Collaborate with business users to understand and document requirements.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis to align business needs.
- Develop functional specifications and user stories for system enhancements.
- Testing & Quality Assurance Prepare test plans and scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Resolve issues identified during testing and post-production support.
- Training & Support Provide training to end-users on new functionalities and system enhancements.
- Offer ongoing support to users, addressing queries and issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of user manuals and documentation.
- Project Management & Documentation Assist in project planning, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with change management procedures and best practices.
