Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a tech environment.
• Proven track record in ROI-driven business cases.
• Expertise in mapping business capabilities and processes (BPMN).
• Advanced data analysis and visualization skills: Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• Proficiency with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Confluence, and Jira.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Working knowledge of agile planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state capabilities and data flows using BPMN or similar notation.
• Identify gaps against target architecture and quantify impacts.
• Facilitate workshops and observations to gather business needs.
• Translate findings into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Build cost-benefit analyses focused on ROI and value creation.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards to track initiative health.
• Calculate actual value delivered against ROI forecasts.
• Evaluate solution designs for compliance with standards.
• Support agile planning and oversee user acceptance testing.
• Present proposals and document design decisions.
• Monitor implementation health and escalate issues early.
• Plan stakeholder communications and training sessions.
• Track post-launch performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
