Services: Program Consulting Finance Consulting and Billing Services Applied Technology Outsourcing and Operations Strategy Project and Grants Management Assessments and Feasibility Studies Overall Responsibilities: Responsible for defining and prioritizing the business needs of the agency health and human services enterprise systems, including the review and tracking of gaps between business processes, technical requirements, government compliance, or user experience for overall system functionality. Further, provides insight into the project and contractor methods of doing business by reviewing process and product activities for adherence to standards and plans.

Requirements

  • Strong familiarity with Systems Development Lifecycle, both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to take initiative to move daily work forward
  • Ability to use sound judgment in completing tasks and to seek guidance when needed
  • Creative problem-solving ability
  • Commitment to exceptional client service
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of tools used by the client such as Microsoft TFS/MTM, ADO, and Visual Studio
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience: 4+ years’ experience in business planning and software development

  • Updates and creates training and learning management system documentation
