About the EDGE Program: The Exploration, Development, Growth and Experience (EDGE) Program supports DTCC's commitment to identifying and selecting diverse early career talent across the organization, ensuring you have a comprehensive understanding of our industry, our company, the technical / functional skills needed for the various business areas, and the leadership competencies needed for overall success within DTCC. The program starts in July 2026. What to expect: An 18 month rotational program that provides accelerated development opportunities designed to cultivate the future leaders for DTCC Exposure to multiple business areas (e.g. Clearing, Securities Services, Derivatives, Risk) Week-long orientation A comprehensive learning and engagement plan Assigned to your own mentor and EDGE buddy to gain a well-rounded view of the company Networking and exposure to senior management The impact you will have in this role: Being a member of the Clearing & Securities Services team, your role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering innovative solutions that expand across various business lines under the Clearing & Securities Services umbrella including but not limited to: Equities, Wealth Management, Fixed Income, Asset Services, Embedded Risk, Data Office, Repository Derivatives Services. You'll need to combine business and technical analysis with soft skills to adapt and deliver value in each rotation. You will act as the bridge between business problems and technology considerations by ensuring clarity in requirements, support data-driven decisions, incorporating risk mitigation activities, and help streamline processes to facilitate successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be working towards a bachelor's degree in the following curriculums and graduating no later than May 2026: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS or Business & Technology Management
  • Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
  • Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation
  • Must demonstrate superior analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile principles.
  • Active listening and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and document requirements clearly.
  • Willingness to rotate across diverse teams and learn new domains quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines across multiple rotations.
  • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Comfort with fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Building relationships with mentors and peers during rotations.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
  • Exposure to visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel for reporting

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and deliver value to clients and stakeholders.

  • Assist in the development, enhancement, and implementation of business strategies, products, or data solutions.
  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and documentation of projects and initiatives.
