About The Position

Strategically aligns client/prospect business requirements with internal business and technical solutions. This position requires collaboration across multiple business departments to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to support processing opportunities during the client's lifecycle. Gathers requirements through various methodologies, providing strategic recommendations, and supporting the development of comprehensive solutions for both internal and external stakeholders. Supervisory Responsibility Does not directly supervise team members.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to extract, evaluate, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with clients, Sales Representatives, Client Success Managers, and internal teams effectively.
Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation, delivering strategic recommendations, and presenting alternative solutions when necessary.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion while supporting continuous process improvements.
Results-driven with a proven ability to tailor workflows to meet specific circumstances and organizational needs.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
3+ years relevant business experience required.
Occasional travel up to 10% of the time.
Use of a personal vehicle may be required.
Willingness and ability to travel overnight to client locations.
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing at a desk and while working on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds on an occasional basis.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Regular interaction with other team members, including spontaneous and planned video meetings.
Ability to effectively perform responsibilities under occasionally stressful situations, including meeting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annual standards and workload expectations.
Ability to work any shift and required overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Extract and document business and technical requirements from internal and external clients using interviews, document analysis, surveys, audits, and site visits.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple internal and external sources, reconcile conflicts, and translate high-level information into concise and actionable requirements.
Identify and clarify underlying needs through comprehensive investigation of routine client requests.
Proactively communicate with Sales Representatives, Client Success Managers, and clients (remote/on-site) to analyze functional requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding and alignment with business goals.
Deliver clear and concise documentation and recommendations to key stakeholders, providing alternative recommendations when available.
Collaborate with prospects/clients, vendors and internal stakeholders to build robust and comprehensive solutions, communicating the current capabilities and strategies of the existing technical infrastructure.
Participate in the development of business cases and provide insights to support the decision-making process.
Act as a subject matter expert to support sales and client engagement efforts, ensuring alignment of solutions with client requirements.
Independently manage a portfolio of customer projects and internal requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, adhering to documented policies and procedures while recommending exceptions and integrating best practices as appropriate
Participate in and lead internal projects as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes and systems.
