About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Business Analyst to support high-impact initiatives within a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment. This role combines financial modeling, operational analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements and strategic alignment across the organization.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with executive stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights, and navigating compliance-driven operational landscapes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis within aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, operational analysis, and process improvement
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and enterprise operational data environments

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting government contracts, defense programs, or commercial aerospace projects
• Background in process standardization and cross-departmental strategic alignment
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, Six Sigma, or equivalent are a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, operational, and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Support strategic initiatives through modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on data-driven decision making
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Drive process optimization, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, supply chain, and operational considerations relevant to aerospace and defense programs
