Role Summary MetaPhase is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to support government clients in maturing their intake and IT project management processes. You will help develop and implement new processes and governance strategies, make recommendations for improving project outcomes, and develop metrics to facilitate decision-making. You will interface with IT leadership in a strategic and advisory capacity as well as be hands-on in documenting as-is and to-be processes.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in business analysis to include Project Management Life Cycle, Business Process Improvement and Requirements Gathering
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Federal consulting experience
  • Experience in Organizational Change Management, IT Project Intake, Project Management, and/or Governance

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and document stakeholder interviews.
  • Document as-is and to-be states, including data flows, workflows, and decision points.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.
  • Create and update Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) documents.
  • Research best practices.
  • Support presentations to multiple audiences including executive leadership
  • Support communication planning and organizational change management
