Job description Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements, translating business needs into well-defined functional and technical solutions. Break down high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and tasks, ensuring clear scope, acceptance criteria, and technical understanding for the delivery team. Define and communicate the product and project vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives and organizational strategy. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is continuously refined, prioritized, and ready for development. Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams on solution design, technical analysis, and effort estimation to support accurate sprint and release planning. Take full ownership of releases, including scope, quality, timelines, and deployment readiness. Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, driving mitigation plans and timely decision-making.
