About The Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in student information systems (SIS) to join our Managed Services team. This role will bridge the gap between college stakeholders and IT by analyzing institutional processes, gathering requirements, and working closely with the technical team on an ERP platform to deploy solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Solid functional knowledge of ERP/SIS systems.
  • 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working for higher education institutions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system functionality and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with data reporting and analytics, including reports and dashboards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with integrations between ERP and SIS systems.
  • Experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with Jenzabar is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with College stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system enhancements or automation solutions.
  • Support and coordinate system integrations between enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Work closely with system administrators and vendors to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes to ensure functionality with minimal disruption.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making within the Managed Services organization.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support for system-related processes.
  • Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring key milestones are met and reported.
  • Maintain and optimize system configurations, ensuring alignment with Institutional objectives and best practices.
