Business Analyst Finance Systems | Loan Origination & Dealer Platforms Location: Acworth (Hybrid) Yanmar America is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as the technical expert and key liaison between the business operations team and the technology implementation team. This role is critical to ensuring that YAF’s core finance systems, technology roadmap, and system enhancements accurately support business operations and the needs of the dealer network. This position works closely with the Business Support Manager, Program Architect, IT teams, and external vendors to document business processes, manage system requirements, and support the successful implementation and continuous improvement of YAF’s finance platforms. Position Summary The Business Analyst serves as the primary technical liaison between business operations and technology delivery teams. This role is responsible for documenting detailed business requirements, modeling current and future-state processes, and ensuring that system capabilities and enhancements align with YAF’s operational, credit, and compliance needs. The position plays a central role in supporting the design, implementation, testing, and ongoing optimization of the Loan Origination System (LOS), Dealer Portal, and all integrated systems supporting the end-to-end lending lifecycle.
