Primary Function The position requires that the person has a solid knowledge of BA Deliverables and is proficient in multiple methodologies. This position will certify that deliverables have met all business and quality requirements. This position requires the candidate to possess analytical skills to analyze and decompose complex requirements into comprehensive test cases. Principal Duties Work directly with the business users and financial analysts Interview customers to analyze, clarify and document, business processes and customer requirements. Define and assist in resolving business/technical related challenges. Facilitate meetings with business and technical team members to drive towards project completion. Plan and execute the management and maintenance of projects. Support projects as they move from initiation to implementation and conduct project reviews with impacted staff. Develop user acceptance test cases based on the requirements defined. Prepare instructional documentation and update user documentation to reflect new modification. Assist in establishing project scope. Define and maintain business analyst role-based policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Other duties as directed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in a MIS consumer or business analysis role
• 3-5 years project coordinator experience preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with Expert organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong prioritization and interpersonal skills to balance multiple demands.
• Inquisitive, curious, highly self-motivated to learn new business concepts.

• Solid balance of technical and business-related knowledge
• All employees are required to have smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Okta Verify and Microsoft Authenticator. Employment will be contingent on this requirement.
