About The Position
This position is onsite in St. Louis, MO, and we are unable to consider remote or hybrid requests. The role requires a skilled individual in requirement gathering and documentation, particularly in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements using techniques such as user stories, use cases, and process flows. The candidate should have experience writing Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Requirement Documents (TRD). Additionally, the role involves translating complex data findings into actionable insights and requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. A good understanding of basic programming, databases, and the software development process is essential.
