About The Position
CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst opening for our client in Dallas, TX. The position is expected to last for 12 months. The Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders, including customers and end users. The role involves collaborating with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision, identifying project stakeholders, and establishing customer classes and their characteristics. The Business Analyst will also define project impact, outcome criteria, and success metrics, work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, and participate in quality assurance efforts to ensure solutions meet business needs.
