About The Position
Join our creative team in Amadeus ITS Istanbul. Don't miss this chance to shape the future of IT! Your role will be focused on functional analysis: you are responsible to analyses requirements, propose solutions, estimate the cost, write specifications and coordinate every impacted actor. This is the construction side which goes along with building a product vision. You'll join a team of PDAs as well as working closely with Product Managers, Software Developers, and Quality Assurance Engineers. In this role, you'll find a chance to assess requirements, build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user products, analyse business requirements submitted by Product Management, and size specification and validation work. You will also carry out functional design by writing Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders. Additionally, you will validate the product to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity, and give sign off, ensuring production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents. You will manage relations with key stakeholders by interfacing and communicating with Product Management, Project management, Amadeus Customer Services, Implementation, Migration and Development teams, and interfacing with the customer during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing and implementation phases.
