In this role, you will work with business subject matter experts and technical teams to gather project needs and translate them into functional and technical documentation. You will be a general liaison between business and technical teams, supporting Product Managers and other team members with writing, coordinating, finalization, and prioritization of User Stories and other functional documentation. You will also support testing activities as a senior functional SME and ensure testing scope is aligned to approved requirements. Additionally, you will support the testing team in identifying the data setup required for test cases and author project artifacts documenting future state people, processes, and technology. Understanding the SDLC and business process is crucial as you represent business needs in solution sessions. You will develop process flows, reference manuals, training material, and other technical documents as needed, and mentor other business analysts on best practices for business analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience within a BA function.
• Experience writing user stories, creating acceptance criteria, stand-ups, product review sessions, backlog grooming meetings, retrospectives, sprint planning processes, and automated testing processes.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Previous top-tier management consulting experience.
• A learning mindset, ready to experience new ideas and situations.
• Consulting experience or industry background.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into layman's terms.

Responsibilities
