About The Position

The Business Analyst position at Cenergy International involves working closely with the Health & Medical's Global Business Support Manager to define, design, and develop reporting and analytical needs. The role focuses on supporting the H&M Strategy and business priorities through effective data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The analyst will be responsible for creating metrics and reports that drive key business decisions and improve stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an analytics-related field.
• Experience with health data or metrics supporting business strategic focus areas.
• Proven experience in delivering advanced analytic solutions and capabilities.
• Demonstrated depth in analytics and analytics storytelling.
• Ability to present data in various formats effectively.
• Demonstrated technical competency in reporting technologies, specifically PowerBI.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in SharePoint sites - design, development, and administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and develop reporting and analytical needs to support H&M Strategy.
• Design, develop, and maintain ongoing and ad-hoc metrics, reports, and analyses.
• Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources for decision-making.
• Prioritize efforts to address concurrent demands from projects and business initiatives.
• Develop mechanisms to track stakeholder satisfaction and drive project improvements.
• Provide timely reporting on project deliverables and identify risks and issues.
• Conduct data analysis and develop analytical tools to evaluate trends.
• Support process improvement activities for operational efficiencies.
