About The Position

About the role: The Product Manager III, WATCHMAN plays a key role in shaping commercial strategy by delivering data‑driven insights, optimizing marketing performance, and supporting cross‑functional decision‑making. This individual contributor partners closely with marketing, sales operations, health economics, clinical and finance to accelerate adoption, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen market leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an analytical role in marketing, finance, or similar functional area
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively
  • Experience in extracting, and synthesizing data into narratives for business partners
  • Experience querying databases to extract data for analysis
  • Proven ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or other data visualization too

  • Ability to look at analytical results and understand the next obvious question to consider
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Synthesizing and Interpreting data to clearly communicate actionable recommendations to franchise stakeholders
  • Utilizing analytics and dashboards for data-driven decision-making
  • Analyzing data to derive insights to inform segmentation strategies
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to build and maintain commercial data platforms, reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics across multiple data sources.
  • Assisting with gathering KPIs to measure success against benchmarks
  • Engaging and developing relationships with marketing partners to foster collaboration.
  • Support AOP development through forecasting, scenario planning, business case development, financial modeling, and ROI analysis.
  • Lead analytics workstreams for marketing initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Present insights to cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leaders in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Support ad‑hoc analysis requests from marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
