About The Position

The Business Analyst at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) will perform supply chain support functions focused on business process optimization and operational performance best practices to improve Supply Chain processes. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Supply Chain team and cross departmentally with other QISG teams to analyze, interpret, and document business requirements and develop solutions and process improvements to enhance performance and achievement of established strategic goals and metrics. This position requires supply chain / procurement experience and general knowledge of procedural documentation methodology.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or business process improvement.
  • Familiarity with supply chain functions and procurement processes.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated team-building and leadership skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Construction management experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Experience with J.D. Edwards ERP and Hubble Reporting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Perform validation of data (as needed) to support data integrity, in support of reporting analysts within the strategic services team
  • Identify/design, develop and manage process improvement solutions in collaboration with internal business partners
  • Create and maintain departmental process documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine and address business process and reporting needs for projects and business initiatives
  • Presentation of training collateral to various teams as part of rolling out procedural changes and/or enhancements
  • Support change management functions through appropriate planning and execution of process change communications (as directed)
  • Gather, organize, and interpret information from systems to draw insights from data
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
  • Perform special projects and completes other duties as assigned or requested.
