About The Position
Lockheed Martin's Center for Innovation (CFI), also known as The Lighthouse, represents the intersection of LM's commitment to national defense and passion for innovation. It serves as the center for defense technology, multidomain integration, experimentation, wargaming, tabletop exercises, modeling and simulation, and decision analysis in both real and synthetic environments. It brings engineers and operators together to create Innovation, and partners with government and industry teams to tackle complex problems and develop new concepts and capabilities. The CFI is seeking an experienced operations Program Manager Sr Staff to join its talented team. This role reports directly to the CFI's Senior Manager for Operations and Wargaming, and will be working alongside our Wargamer and engineering staff.
