About The Position

The position involves utilizing the ServiceNow platform to streamline and optimize IT service management processes for clients. The role requires gathering and documenting business requirements related to ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. Additionally, the candidate will conduct workshops with stakeholders to identify pain points and areas for improvement in service delivery. Collaboration with development teams is essential to translate business needs into functional specifications. The candidate will also support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities. Staying updated on ServiceNow developments and industry best practices is crucial to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
  • Experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
  • Proficiency in creating functional specifications and process documentation.
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • ITSM & ITOM Modules experience.
  • FS industry experience (in Asset Management clients a big +).
  • Certification a + but not essential.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator) preferred.
