About The Position
The Business Analyst will support the U.S. Department of Education's Federal Student Aid program in modernizing IT Service Management and Cyber Security Operations. This role involves working within agile teams to deliver a scalable ServiceNow Platform environment, assisting in all aspects of the ServiceNow implementation, including planning, requirements development, status reporting, end-user training, and stakeholder engagement.
