Sr. Business Analyst -Cross‑Sell Marketing IT Implementation Project Overview The objective of this initiative is to identify and target existing customers with personalized offers to drive adoption of additional carrier products. The solution will leverage customer data, purchasing history, and behavioral insights to increase customer lifetime value and incremental revenue. Success depends on seamless integration across marketing, digital enrollment, sales, customer service, analytics, and third‑party platforms—while meeting data privacy and regulatory requirements.
