Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Draft and maintain functional documentation (specifications, user stories, use cases, workflows, etc.). Contribute to the definition and evolution of the data model and business processes. Ensure consistency and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Support technical teams during development and validate the alignment of delivered solutions with business needs. Actively participate in functional testing, UAT, and validation of deliverables. Contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis methods and tools. Mentor, guide, or coach junior BAs when required.
