Business Analysts are responsible for research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting in support of business decision making, business strategy and business operations. Coordination of data validation, including identifying, tracking, and resolving data quality issues, is a key aspect of this role. Candidates should also possess strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and Excel/Pivot Tables to effectively perform data analysis and reporting May also be involved in business process improvement, quality control and special projects and other initiatives. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and assigned location, subject to change per business needs. PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
