We are looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on curiosity, communication, and collaboration. You will work closely with Medicaid stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that solutions are clear, actionable, and aligned with program goals. Bring strong written and verbal communication skills to every interaction, helping bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams. Be responsible for shaping the business design of projects from user interfaces to report formats, letter templates, and process definitions. Use your ability to explore systems and business processes with curiosity will allow them to uncover opportunities for improvement and translate them into practical designs. Conduct research into Medicaid practices, facilitate stakeholder interviews, and lead walkthroughs with clients to ensure every requirement is well understood and documented. Play a key role in supporting the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This includes contributing to test plans and ensuring that solutions meet both business and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of Business Analyst experience translating technical goals and requirements into real action for clients
  • Comfortable supporting projects across all phases of the SDLC.
  • A clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Naturally curious about systems, processes, and how things work.
  • Skilled at eliciting and documenting requirements with precision and clarity.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to make a meaningful impact in Medicaid programs.
