We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst Scrum Master to fill this role. You'll be responsible for analyzing business requirements and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Additionally, they will serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile product delivery methodologies and ensuring successful delivery of projects. The Reservations and Revenue Management system technologies are advanced, across multiple delivery channels, geographic regions, and support multiple brands/teams. This position will provide operational and configuration management support for various contact center solutions and related technologies to delivery consistent and reliable services for Holland America and Seabourn Cruise Lines.
