In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our sales teams and the analytics function, ensuring that every decision is backed by reliable, timely information. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and advanced Excel (Power Query)
  • Experience with large datasets, database management and SQL is preferred

  • Familiarity with automation tools (Alteryx, Power Automate, Zapier)

Responsibilities

  • Build & Maintain the Analytics Platform Design, develop, and continuously improve Salesforce & Tableau dashboards that track pipeline, conversion, and risk
  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance summaries for leadership
  • Conduct deep-dive diagnostics that ensure proactive decision-making, not reactive
  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day reporting and analytics requests from Sales and the wider team
  • Own data quality standards across all sales systems; automate validation checks and alert mechanisms
  • Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies, ensuring every insight is built on trustworthy data
  • Identify repetitive reporting and data processing tasks and implement solutions for improvement of efficiency (Power Automate, Alteryx, Zapier etc.)
  • Create automated scorecards and dashboard to support real-time performance evaluation and highlight opportunities for improvement
  • Serve as the go to expert for Salesforce data issues and workflow improvements, collaborating with Sales Ops & IT
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations that nontechnical stakeholders can act on
  • Support the democratization of analytics by building simple self-serve tools and solutions for the wider organization
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Corporate, and other functions to understand the niche data needs and help shape analytics strategy
  • Present findings in plain language, driving cross functional decisions and fostering a data driven culture
