About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the deployment of Robotic and Cobotic cells and process automation in our semiconductor Front End Fab The successful candidate will act as the bridge between engineering operations IT and external automation vendors to capture document and validate user requirements ensuring successful design and integration of automated solutions

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Industrial Engineering Business or related discipline
5 years experience as a Business Analyst in a hightech or manufacturing environment
Prior exposure to semiconductor fabs automationrobotics or Cobotic systems strongly preferred
Experience writing URS and functional specifications for automation or manufacturing projects
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with ability to map complex workflows
Excellent communication skills written and verbal to interact across technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Proficiency with requirements management and modeling tools eg JIRA Confluence Visio BPMN
Detailoriented with structured thinking
Comfortable working in fastpaced hightech environments
Strong facilitator who can bridge gaps between operators engineers and IT
Proactive with ability to identify risks and propose mitigations early

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree or certifications eg CBAP PMIPBA Lean Six Sigma is a plus
Familiarity with tool automation MES systems and integration with fab IT systems desirable
Knowledge of regulatory EHS and safety considerations for automation in cleanroom fabs

Responsibilities

Engage with process engineers operators maintenance teams and automation engineers to understand existing workflows
Capture detailed User Requirements Specifications URS for Robotic and Cobotic automation of fab tools and processes
Translate business needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements
Map current manual workflows identify pain points and propose automation opportunities
Support feasibility analysis for Robotic and Cobotic integration into fab equipment and handling systems
Produce clear structured documentation including User Requirement Specifications URS, Business Process Models, Use Cases User Stories, Functional Requirements Documents FRD
Act as the central point of contact for requirement traceability from concept to deployment
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams manufacturing quality IT EHS suppliers
Facilitate workshops requirement reviews and signoff sessions
Partner with project managers and system integrators to ensure requirements are met
Contribute to test planning User Acceptance Testing UAT and validation protocols
Ensure compliance with fab standards safety and regulatory requirements
