Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a sales support, marketing, or social media role - internship experience meets this requirement.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
  • Ability to create engaging social media content.
  • Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation.
  • Experience in the outsourcing or student employment sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and analysis.
  • Develop sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate sales data.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Manage social media campaigns and monitor performance, providing regular reports on key metrics.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers and potential clients on social media.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices.
  • Conduct social listening to understand trends and customer sentiment.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze customer demographics, behavior, and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights into market segmentation and target audience identification.
  • Collaborate with the growth team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Analyze data to support the development of growth strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide insights into customer acquisition and retention.
