About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the Residential Mortgage domain . The ideal candidate will work closely with business users to understand requirements, document functionality, and support data-related processes including data flow analysis and ETL understanding.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Residential Mortgage or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of data flow, ETL processes, and system functionality .
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements.
• Analyze end‑to‑end data flows within mortgage systems.
• Work with ETL teams to ensure accurate data mapping and transformation.
• Support business processes and help translate needs into technical specifications.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
