The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. Within Google Customer Solutions (GCS), the Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team is responsible for performance and brand solutions for Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) advertisers around the world, from large mid-market companies to local mom and pop shops. We are the product and business experts behind the thousands of Google Cloud Solution (GCS) Googlers that are responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption. We identify opportunities through analysis, build consensus with stakeholders, and program manage cross-functional teams to drive GCS advertiser success and business growth. In this role, as a Business Analyst, you will partner with PSA to provide business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals, execution, and helping teams drive new initiatives forward. In addition, you'll combine investigative and thought leadership to drive improvements across customer segmentation, data gathering and analysis, automated reporting and dashboard design to drive business intelligence.
