About The Position
The Production Planning Team (PPT) at Amazon is seeking a Business Analyst to lead the future of labor planning for our North America Customer Fulfillment Network (NACF). This role is pivotal as we reinvent the way Amazon plans labor, leveraging advanced modeling and machine learning to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our processes. As a member of this innovative team, you will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the world's most customer-centric company, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for pioneering the Production Planning Team's processes within the Planning and Execution (PLEX) organization. You will collaborate closely with fulfillment center (FC) and regional leadership teams to build a centralized labor planning model across NACF. Your ability to deliver actionable plans for senior managers and directors will be crucial, as you will serve as a trusted partner to these network leaders. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you leverage central teams, such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Central Flow, and Process Engineering, to drive improvements in process and operations execution. You will utilize data and a bias for action to navigate through ambiguity and achieve results that have a substantial impact on our operations.
