Lead production and inventory improvement initiatives using structured project management practices Maintain accurate and aligned transactional data across inventory systems (Command, SAP) Analyze inventory processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Collaborate with global and local teams and stakeholders to streamline workflows and deliver actionable solutions Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives, including robotic process automation (RPA) You’ll thrive in a hybrid, collaborative, fast-paced environment that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in process optimization, operations, business management and SAP rollouts
  • Proficiency in software tools, including SAP MM and Microsoft Excel required

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience in heavy building materials; experience with ready-mix, aggregates, or hot-mix asphalt is a plus
