About The Position
Join our Rady Children's Population Health Department as a Business Analyst! This is not an IT position and requires population health and statistical analysis experience. In this role, you will create and maintain ad hoc reporting with Cozeva, Epic EMR reporting, and REDCap. You will serve as MCAS HEDIS and AMP metric content expert with a robust understanding of criteria, coding, and tracking. Collaborate with department leadership and health plan quality improvement teams to enhance performance and outcomes. Apply your quality improvement knowledge to support our clinically integrated network's quality improvement plans and mission of better health for all.
