The position involves leading the functional application resource for operational support and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud PPM application. The role requires designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations from applications that interface with PPM, both within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP instance and from external systems such as payroll, time and attendance, and sales tax. Responsibilities also include maintaining Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules related to PPM and General Ledger, designing and configuring invoicing capabilities within Oracle Cloud PPM, and supporting reconciliation activities to ensure data completeness and accuracy. Collaboration with application and technical resources across ABM is essential to manage data across disparate systems. The role also involves performing analysis, design, documentation, and testing of enhancements associated with new or existing application functionality, as well as unit testing and integrated system testing of updates and modifications. The individual will act as a liaison between end users and technical teams for project activities, assist in implementing and maintaining end-user support documentation, and participate in all phases of the application development life cycle while adhering to IT Change Management processes. Additionally, the role includes managing end user requests and monitoring service requests to ensure timely resolution of business issues, providing accurate estimates and timely updates to management, and handling special projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • 3+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle PPM contract and billing functions, supporting a shared services environment.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules that interface to Oracle PPM.
  • Working knowledge of integrations and extensions within Oracle Cloud, including Platform as a Service (PaaS).
  • Working experience and understanding of all phases of the application support and software development life cycle.
  • Working knowledge of data extracts and updates within single or multiple tables.
  • Solid understanding of IT General Controls and SOX compliance.
  • Skills in relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and a continuous improvement mind-set.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
