About The Position
Joining Susquehanna's Trading Operations team as a Business Analyst places you right in the heart of our business. Working directly with global teams that span Trading, HR, Legal, Operations, and Technology, you'll be the bridge between each of these teams and our development and technical teams, translating business requests into tools, systems, and/or reports that directly impact business operations. Best of all, there's no "one" way approach to how we think about process improvements and automation at Susquehanna. Here, you'll maximize your creativity and technical skills to assess business requests, evaluate their suitability to meet business objectives, and then partner with technology to make it happen.
