  • Work with Region Head to provide in-depth analysis on specialized projects to provide operation insights for better efficiency and higher impact.
  • Provide analysis for strategy setting, strategy review, and other strategic discussions of leadership teams.
  • Monitor core business metrics on a daily basis and initiate abnormality analysis to dig insights about business changes.
  • Conduct regular business reporting for internal and XFN review cycles, such as weekly report, biweekly report, quarterly report, etc.
  • Build new data tools and dashboards for better use by Ops team to monitor and evaluate business results and identify problems.
  • Design basic data skills training to Ops team on how to use internal datasets, dashboards, and visualization tools to obtain daily operational metrics and conduct simple data manipulations according to Ops needs.
  • Produce user-friendly manuals for datasets and dashboards usage targeted for non-data colleagues to learn basic data skills.
  • Lead the training workshops and facilitate non-data colleagues to practice and ensure successful adoption.
  • Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years of related work experience.
  • Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Constructing advanced queries using SQL; Analyzing historical data and applying root cause analyses to identify trends and patterns; Designing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key data and insights, track key performance indicators, and provide self-service tools to stakeholders; Creating, maintaining, and delivering reports using Excel, and developing, validating, and maintaining metrics to manage and evaluate business performance; Using Python to manipulate data for analysis and prediction, automate data load processes, and optimize reporting processes; and Developing and maintaining tables, views, indexes, datasets, and/or data pipelines to extract, clean, transform, load and maintain data across multiple databases.
