S2Tech is seeking experienced Business Analysts to support the State of Alaska Department of Health's Eligibility Modernization initiative under a Quality Assurance and Product/Project Management engagement. The Business Analyst will support agile product teams working on the modernization of Medicaid and other Public Assistance eligibility systems by bridging business operations, federal/state policy, and technical delivery. This role focuses on requirements development, stakeholder facilitation, sprint support, testing coordination, data validation, and quality review of vendor deliverables across eligibility modernization increments. Direct Alaska system experience is not required; candidates must possess hands-on Medicaid eligibility system experience from other state implementations and demonstrate active involvement in system testing or QA support activities.
