Requirements

  • MBA required, with 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven exposure to strategy execution, organizational transformation, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, strong business judgment, and a curiosity‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with a strong commitment to delivering results and driving execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a culture driven by collaboration, simplification, innovative thinking, curiosity, transformative thinking & humility.

Nice To Haves

  • Energy industry experience preferred.
  • Change management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work with members of Leadership Team as they drive strategic objectives and advance critical initiatives across all parts of the global organization.
  • Conduct critical analysis and develop recommendations that enable informed decision‑making.
  • Demonstrate out of box thinking and solutions to solve business challenges leading to better outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication, alignment, and adoption of new initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Manage a demanding workload ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment in managing sensitive communications and interactions within the executive suite.
