About The Position

The IT Project Manager / Business Analyst leads the discovery, design, and implementation of RiseBoro’s technology platforms, from planning through successful launch and organizational adoption. Reporting to the Vice President IT, this role bridges the gap between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to ensure requirements are clearly defined, workflows are optimized, and solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This hands-on, collaborative professional will also act as a Business Analyst, reviewing and documenting current business processes, identifying improvements, and serving as a connector between business teams and IT. Specific duties and responsibilities include: Business Analysis & Requirements Review business processes to gain a complete understanding of current workflows, challenges, and opportunities. Identify and document improvements; translate them into clear, actionable system and process requirements. Define all decisions that need to be made, who the decision-makers are, and what information will support those decisions. Develop detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications. Collaborate with business and IT teams to validate requirements and solution feasibility. Collaboration, Training & Governance Act as the liaison between business users, IT leadership, and external vendors. Communicate clearly and proactively with a wide variety of stakeholders. Lead or support end-user training, ensuring the organization is ready for new or improved platforms. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery templates, standards, and methodologies

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of business analysis disciplines.
  • Proven experience conducting requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and solution validation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (i.e. ms project, asana,)
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with incomplete or conflicting information.
  • Accountable & Results-Driven: Takes ownership for successful outcomes.
  • Technically Fluent: Understands data flows, integration points, and platform architecture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 4-6 years of experience managing technology implementations or business process improvement projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of compliance (HIPAA, PHI, HUD) and cybersecurity best practices preferred.
