In this role, you will help this insurance client establish its first Service Center. Insurance Service centers will perform tasks such as processing certificates of insurance, policy inquiries or changes, handling billing questions, policy rewrites and cross-selling. You will establish and maintain process documentation, act as a liaison between departments and stakeholders, gather and analyze industry, market, operational data, assess options for processes and/or improvements, collaborate with client teams and Service Center Director, and develop project requirements.
