About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner with strong Agile expertise and
functional knowledge in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will act as
the voice of the customer, define product vision, and ensure successful delivery
of features that meet business objectives. This role requires close
collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and QA to deliver
high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Pet Insurance domain processes and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and requirement management.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Should have solid Experience in Inrules & Business Rules

Nice To Haves

• Experience with API-driven products and integrations.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in insurance

Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog using Azure DevOps for requirement management.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture functional requirements specific to pet insurance processes.
• User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Write clear, actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Agile Leadership: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and development squads.
• Value Delivery: Ensure features deliver maximum value to customers and meet compliance standards.
