About The Position

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to computer science, information technology, or a related area
• Experience in software troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in creating flow charts and workflow diagrams

• Master's degree in a related field

• Familiarity with court systems and processes

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve customer inquiries via a customer service help desk
• Meet with customers and engage in workflow analysis
• Document stakeholder needs
• Produce flow charts or workflow diagrams
• Conduct presentations or training sessions
• Draft and assemble meeting agendas and minutes, training materials or manuals
• Assist with the production of training videos or online tutorials
• Create and analyze reports or other materials
• Create software test scripts and test new software
