About The Position

The Business Analyst III provides analytical and project management support to various corporate and business line strategic initiatives according to established Company procedures and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines. This role works independently but receives assistance/coaching from more senior levels and is responsible for coaching other team members within their area of expertise. The analyst identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners including retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services, and North American business partners such as TD Wealth Management, TD Ameritrade, and TD Insurance. They help senior management by providing insightful and proactive reporting and analysis on various corporate and business line initiatives. The role also involves resolving issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, and other internal departments, and working cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes. The analyst adds financial value to the company by analyzing data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively impact the financial results of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects.
